Conditions of participation for sweepstakes on the Instagram fan page and Facebook fan page by "mycusini"
The competition is managed by "mycusini" (www.mycusini.com) and takes place on Facebook and Instagram.
The competition is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The competition is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.

Sweepstakes process
The competition runs from the date and time of the post and ends on 12/31/2022 at midnight. Within this period, users are given the opportunity to take part in the competition.

To enter the competition, either
- a) filling out and submitting the participation form that may be available, or
- b) fulfillment of the points listed in the respective Facebook and Instagram post is necessary.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Only one submitted registration or one comment from the same person per participant takes part in the competition.
Eligible Participants
Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services. All employees of the organizing company/company (see above) and their family members are not entitled to participate in the competition.

Conditions, Notification and Delivery of Prize
The prize cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to other people.
The organizer mentioned above is obliged to redeem the prize to the winner.
The prize will either be sent by post to the winner.
The winner(s) will be determined from among all participants via "Fanpage Karmas Glücksfee" and notified immediately after the end of the competition via Facebook or Instagram message and in the comments by possible marking.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize claim expires and another winner (renewed draw via "Fanpage Karmas Glücksfee") moves up. The organizer is entitled, at its own discretion, to raffle off a new winner if, for organizational reasons, there is too much delay in the process and settlement with the original winner is not possible.
Depending on the competition, the winner receives a code word with which the prize can be redeemed in the online shop, or the prize is sent directly to them after the address has been transmitted. The code word that may have to be transmitted to collect the prize will also be transmitted via a personal message on Facebook or Instagram. Any request for the address to which the prize should be sent is also requested via a personal message via Facebook, Instagram or by email (e-mail only if this is already known to the competition organizer). The winner is responsible for checking whether the message has reached them.
Upon receipt of the "code/code word" received via message for the collection/redemption of the prize, the recipient must contact the organizer independently and ensure that the prize is redeemed.

In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, last name and e-mail address, is true and correct. The participant's data will not be passed on to third parties or allowed to be used by them without their consent.
The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation is via email info@mycusini.com to judge. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
Applicable Law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the organizer.
The competition is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Participation is limited to Germany.
Participation under the age of 18 is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
Severability Clause
Should a provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
