Valentine's Day Hearts - Chocolate Dough with Raspberry Cream!

Ingredients

100 g | Wheat flour |
250 g | Zucker |
110 g | Butter |
100 g | Dark chocolate |
3 | Eggs |
1 Pinch | Salt |
1 Pck. | Vanilla sugar |
Raspberry creme | |
300 g | Raspberries frozen |
175 g | Cream cheese |
200 g | Whipped cream |
1 Pck. | Cream stiffener |
1 Pck. | Vanilla sugar |
Preparation
Chocolate dough

Preheat the oven to 170 °C top and bottom heat

Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath while stirring

Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir in the sugar

Gradually mix in the eggs well

Stir in salt and vanilla sugar

Gradually stir in the flour and mix to form a smooth batter

Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes

Let the baked dough cool down completely
Raspberry creme

Thaw raspberries in a sieve, allow the juice to drain out and then squeeze out
-
Puree the squeezed raspberries and pass through a sieve
- Briefly beat the cream cheese with the vanilla sugar in the machine
- Add the raspberry puree and stir in
- Whip the cream with the whipped cream stiffener and fold into the raspberry mixture
Cut out small hearts from the dough and spread with the raspberry cream. Put another heart on top and the cute hearts are ready!
