Schokoladen Cupcake Rezept zu Ostern

Ingredients

for 12 muffins

200 g Flour
130 g Cane sugar
120 g Butter
2 Eggs
150 g Fresh cream
80 ml Oat milk
90 g Chocolate dark
1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
1 TL Baking powder
1 Socket Salt

 

Topping

300 g Dark chocolate
500 ml Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Chop the dark chocolate for the topping and place in a bowl

  2. Bring the cream to the boil and pour over the chopped chocolate. Dissolve the chocolate while stirring
  3. Put the topping mixture in the fridge for 2 hours

  4. Chop the chocolate for the muffins and melt in a water bath and allow to cool slightly

  5. Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until very fluffy and then stir in the melted chocolate

  6. Gradually stir in the eggs

  7. Stir in the crème fraîche

  8. Preheat the oven to 160°C (top and bottom heat) and line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups

  9. Mix flour with baking powder and salt and gradually add alternately with the milk
  10. Divide the finished muffin mixture between the molds and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes

  11. Let the finished muffins cool down
  12. Whip the topping mixture in a mixer. Sweeten with powdered sugar if necessary
  13. Fill the whipped topping mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle and apply to the muffins
  14. Decorate with berries and objects from the mycusini
