Crunchy granola cups - a great breakfast alternative!
The granola cups are super quick to make and a surprise on every breakfast table. But this recipe also works great as a dessert.

1 | Ripe banana |
50 g | Coconut oil or butter |
80 g | Honey |
150 g | Oatmeal |
50 g | Sliced almonds |
30 g | Coconut flock |
1 Pinch | Salt |
1/2 ts | Cinammon |
filling | |
250 g | Greek yogurt (vegan alternative: coconut yogurt) |
Mixed berries and/or fruit |
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan oven)

Grease the muffin tin very well

Melt the coconut fat or butter and add the honey

Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir well

Divide the granola mixture into the 12 wells of the muffin tin and press up on the edges with a spoon

Bake for 12-15 minutes

After cooling, fill with yoghurt and berries
