Chia pudding with berries
Chia Pudding - The healthy dessert alternative!
Chia seeds are a real asset for our body. Their high fiber, omega-3 fatty acid and protein content helps regulate digestion and blood sugar levels. Chia seeds can also help with heartburn and joint pain.
Personalization with chocolate has never been so easy!
You can also print your own logo in Choco! We will show you how to convert your logo into a 3D model with the help of tutorials under Tips and Tricks in the Mycusini Club. Don't worry, this may sound complicated, but it isn't.
Don't you want to familiarize yourself with a new program and deal with it? No problem at all, then we will take over the creation of your logo for you and send you the print file very easily. You then only need to print them out with your mycusini in Choco. In the mycusini Club you will find the "Logo creation" application. Just send us your desired logo via this application and we will do the rest.
Ingredients
For 4 servings |
|
100 g | Chia seeds |
500 g | yogurt |
5 tbs | honey |
250 g | Berries (fresh or frozen) |
Preparation
-
Mix the chia seeds with the yoghurt and honey and leave to soak for approx. ½ hour. Stir again and again
-
Set aside some berries for decoration. Briefly bring the remaining berries to the boil and puree. Sweeten if necessary.
-
Fill the chia pudding with the berries into small glasses.
For a nice color gradient: divide the pudding into four bowls. In a bowl, add 2 tbsp berries, in a bowl add 4 tbsp berry puree, and in another bowl add 8 tbsp berries. Then layer in glasses, starting with the chia pudding without berries. Then continue layering with increasing berry content. Finish with berry puree and garnish with the berries.
