Berry Heart Cake
The heart shape makes the cake extra pretty! Of course, this can also be baked in a round springform pan.

Ingredients
for the dough
150 g | Butter or Margarine |
150 g | Flour |
100 g | Sugar |
3 | Eggs |
1 Pinch | Salt |
2 tbsp | Cocoa |
3 tbsp | Milk |
3 TL | Backpulver |
1 Pck. | Vanilla sugar |
For the cream
250 g | Curd |
200 g | Whipped cream |
50 g | Sugar |
1 Pck. | Vanilla sugar |
1 Pck. | Cream stiffener |
350 g | Fresh berries |
preparation

Grease the springform pan and preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a fan oven).
- Cream the butter with the sugar

Gradually add the eggs and stir

Sift the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and stir into the mixture alternately with the milk

Bake the dough for about 25 minutes

Let the cake base cool down after baking

Mix the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Whip the cream with the whipped cream stiffener and fold into the quark mixture
- Place the springform pan around the cake base again and spread the quark mixture over it

Arrange the berries on top and chill the cake for at least 2 hours
- Place the mycusini chocolate cake decoration on top
